This high-ranking US law firm is looking for a talented and driven Senior Legal Associate to join its dynamic Corporate M&A team.  

Requirements:
- 4-7 year PQE;
- Must be Singapore qualified and ideally from either one of the top 4 local law firms or an international law firm;
- Solid post-qualification experience of Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions;
- Strong academics, with a minimum of 2:1 or higher;
- Personality fit is also extremely important to this team.
