Our client is seeking an Associate to join their market leading corporate M&A and private equity practice within a prestigious US law firm growing in Singapore. The team advises on all manner of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic deals including joint ventures, complex divestitures and spin-offs, and venture capital transactions. This role works very closely with the corporate partners in the Singapore and regional offices and provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to work on top tier transactions around the South East Asian region.
Requirements:
- Associate with 3-6 years PQE with a solid background in Corporate/Cross border M&A experience;
- Must be admitted to practice law in the US, UK or a commonwealth jurisdiction;
- A solid academic background is also crucial as transcripts will be requested during the screening process.
