What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 4- 6 years PQE with robust experience in Capital Markets. US IPO Experience is necessary.
Qualifications: Admitted to practice law in the US.
Current Position: You should be currently with a top-tier international law firm.
Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
