Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore supporting their commodities trading business across its core markets in the US, Indonesia and Australia with a strong background in commodities trading (providing transactional support to include sales contracts, project documents, NDA's, structured financing), ideally with coal / fertilizer product experience.
Requirements:
- Legal Counsel with 5 years + PQE with a solid background in commodities
- Must be admitted to practice law in the either the US, SG, UK or a commonwealth jurisdiction
