• What We’re Looking For:  2-3 years PQE with robust experience in M&A.

• Qualifications: Admitted to practice law in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong or Australia.

• Current Position: You should be currently with a top-tier international law firm.

• Requirement: Business level proficiency in spoken Mandarin or Japanese (or another relevant language).
