Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their market leading Capital Markets practice within a prestigious US law firm in Singapore. Whilst the role will focus on High Yield debt offerings in the US, the firm has a broad capital markets practice and therefore the platform to take on a range of capital markets work.
Requirements:
- Associate with 3-5 years PQE with a solid background in Capital Markets, ideally US high yield;
- Must be admitted to practice law in the either the US, UK or a commonwealth jurisdiction;
- A solid academic background is also crucial as transcripts will be requested during the screening process.
